States that in the event of any situation or event that could cause me injury, illness or death, damage to my property or belongings during or after participating in the axe or knife throwing activities, I release from all civil, criminal or other liability, as well as claim costs and legal actions arising from: WATL (World Axe Throwing League) World Axe Throwing League based at 654 Cedar Ave, Burlington Ontario L7T 2R5, Canada , as well as EVEPSE S.A. Due to the foregoing, I sign this letter of demarcation of responsibilities with the signature that I regularly use for every types of business, procedures before authorities and that is reflected and recognized in legal documents of my interest.

TERMS

1. I will listen to the safety instructions prior to the event and I will comply with all rules, regulations and code of conduct as explained by the Hacha Mexico coach.

2. I confirm that I do not suffer from any condition, injury or illness that may be adversely affected by participating in ax throwing.

3. I am not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

4. If I feel any discomfort, I will immediately inform a member of the Hacha Mexico staff and stop playing.

5. I understand that I am responsible for my own actions and the safety of other players, any injury that I cause is not the responsibility of Hacha Mexico.

6. I understand that I may be excluded without a refund if I do not follow the instructions of the Hacha Mexico staff.

7. I understand that by entering this event, I consent to my image being used in promotional material that may be created from photos or videos taken today. If I do not want to be in any photos, I will inform a staff member prior to the event.
